I’d love to learn Frenzy Plant… Saaadly, only the ~rare~ and ~speshul~ ‘starter’ grass types can learn it easily. Only few know how to master the technique, and they only want to teach it to them. Though, there was one whimsicott who actually learned it… I wish I could be as powerful as him.
